Roofers and builders you can actually get hold of.
Repairs, re-roofs, flat roofs, chimneys, roofline and building work – done by our own team, from our own yard in Cattedown, with our own vans and scaffold.
Working across Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall – Plympton, Plymstock, Saltash, Ivybridge, Tavistock and beyond.
What we do
Most of our work is roofing. Because we're builders too, we can take care of the chimney, the render and the fascias at the same time, without three different firms on site.
Roof repairs
Slipped tiles, leaks, storm damage and ridge work
Roof replacement
Full strip and re-roof in slate, tile or concrete
Emergency repairs
Fast make-safe for leaks and storm damage
Flat roofing

Leadwork and flashings
Valleys, aprons, step flashing in code 4 and 5 lead
Guttering, fascias and soffits
Complete roofline replacement in uPVC
A yard in Cattedown, not a call centre
When you ring, you speak to the people who'll be on your roof. We're based at Wallsend Industrial Estate on Cattedown Road, so for most of Plymouth we can be with you the same day for a look.
- Time-served roofers and builders on every job
- Photographed before, during and after, so you see what we did
- We repair where a repair will last, and say so when it won't
- Tidy site – garden protected, waste taken away
How a job runs
No surprises, in this order, every time.
You call or message
Tell us what you've noticed – a damp patch, a slipped tile, a quote you want checked. We'll ask a few questions and book a visit.
We look and price it
We get up and see the roof properly, then give you a written quote with the options explained. No fee for the visit.
We do the work
Our own team, our own scaffold and vans. We keep you posted with photos as it goes, especially for the bits you can't see from the ground.
We check back
Site cleared, photos of the finished job sent over, and a number to ring if anything ever needs a second look.
Before and after
Drag the slider. These are our jobs, not stock photos.
BeforeAfter
Render repairs and repaint
Blown render cut back, patched to match and the whole cottage finished in breathable masonry paint.
BeforeAfter
Masonry painting
Flaking paint stripped, brickwork sealed, two coats of weatherproof masonry paint.
